The North East Private Landlords Association was formed by the recent merger of the long established Darlington and District Private Landlords Association and the Wear Valley Landlords Association with the aim of providing a stronger voice for private housing providers locally.
We are a not for profit organisation whose members are all private landlords owning residential rental property.
Our members let all types of property from houses and flats to bedsits and house-shares and the Association helps them keep up to date on legislation and regulations.
